10am - Granola Bar - It was also very good.... wish i could eat another one....but no... LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER!!
12pm- Salad with Chicken Strips and of course water!
2pm- Another Granola Bar
4pm Dinner Time.... Grilled Chicken and Sweet potatoes....YUMM!!

Then at 530 is Gym time!!! and after the gym.... Protein Shake and green grapes!
